Hundreds of top-tier project nominations, from of Arizona’s red-hot CRE industry, became more than 95 notable finalists for RED Awards, and on March 19th, attendees will find out the winners in each of the project categories. In addition, awards for the architecture firm, contractor, subcontractor, and developer of the year will be presented. The Real Estate Development (RED) Awards — which are considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry — honor the year’s top architects, contractors, developers and projects.
We look forward to celebrating all finalists and announcing the winners for you, at an in-person awards event 5:00-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Embassy Suites Scottsdale Resort. Attire is business or cocktail. Each registered attendee will be given (1) drink ticket, courtesy of DP Electric, which is good for beer, wine, and well drinks at all bars. TIME: 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
ATTIRE: Business or Cocktail
PARKING: Valet sponsored by, Stevens-Leinweber Construction will be available, or there is self parking. Parking lot entrance is east of Scottsdale Road, on the north side of Chaparral Road, behind the resort. Follow signage.
Registration and reception will be held on Silverman Terrace Lawn on the East (backside of the property).
SCHEDULE:
5:00-5:45 p.m. — Registration, networking happy hour
6:00 p.m. — Ballroom doors open
6:15 p.m. — Welcome by Az Big Media publisher, Amy Lindsey
6:15-7:00 p.m. — Dinner service
7:00-8:30 p.m. – Awards ceremony and program
*If you require a meal with any dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian, gluten free, or nut free, for yourself or someone at your table, please indicate that in your order.
*Name badges will be made and available for pickup at the event registration table the day of the event. No hard tickets will be e-mailed or mailed for the event. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
