Returns/Order Modifications Policy

At AZBigMedia we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. A majority of our products are customized such as engraved medals, acrylics, crystal, glass, plaques and reprints and cannot be returned. However, should you find an issue with your order; we will work with you to find a resolution. Please contact us for a replacement within fifteen (15) days if the item you receive is broken or damaged in anyway, or if we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order.

Event Ticket Policy

Full refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the event date. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change please send an email to the sara@azbigmedia.com

Subscriptions Policy

The delivery of your first issue depends on the publication frequency of the magazine you ordered. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for monthly magazines, and up to 12 weeks for less-frequently published magazines. However, you can expect faster delivery of many of our top-selling magazines.

If you have not received your first order within the estimated delivery time period, simply call 602-277-6045.

Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do not deliver outside the United States at this time.
